Flour Replacement
You can replace some of the flour called for in most recipes with almond meal. It will add texture, taste and nutrients. For recipes that do not require rising (recipes that do not have yeast, baking powder, or baking soda) you can experiment with using pure almond meal instead of flour.
As A Topping
Almond meal is a great topping for sauces, yogurt, cheeses, salads, and ice cream. It is a great way to add protein and almond nutrients to your food.
